Mandana is one of Britain's leading designers of hallmarked precious metal jewellery, having been invited for inclusion in the prestigious Goldsmiths' Company Directory 'Who's Who in Gold and Silver' in 2013.
She learned her craft at Kensington and Chelsea college over three years of full-time study, and graduated in 2006 with a first-class triple grade distinction and an award for outstanding work.
Since her graduation, Mandana has been selected to participate in a number of the UK's best exhibitions and invited to show her work both around the country and abroad. This started in 2007, when she was selected as one of only 16 new ‘up-and-coming jewellery design stars’ from across the UK to showcase her collection at the highly respected ‘One Year On’ section on New Designers. In 2012 she was also one of only 10 jewellery designers selected for 'KickStart' at International Jewellery London; an initiative highlighting directly to the Jewellery Industry, designers viewed as 'talent of the future'.
Her creations have been modelled on the catwalk by actress and model Liberty Ross during the star-studded ‘Trust in Fashion’ event, held in aid of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, alongside work by design greats including Stella McCartney, Manolo Blahnik and Dior; she has collaborated with the iconic British Museum during their major 'Vikings: Life and Legend' exhibition; and she has also been chosen to represented UK jewellery talent at 'Inhorgenta' in Munich, Germany by the UKTI.
Based in London, her work is inspired by mineral and rock formations. She is always on the hunt for special gemstones that can be incorporated into exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces, providing a unique offering for her clients.
